Seagrove Beach was founded in 1948 and “SeaSmoke” is one of the original cinder block cottages to be built. Named after the West Coast’s coastal fog, SeaSmoke has been completely renovated (2016) with brand new kitchen, bathroom, screened porch and laundry room. Our guests will enjoy the nostalgic feel of Old Seagrove’s Oak canopy dirt roads, and you can leave your car in the driveway and bike or walk in just a few minutes to the beach, The Seagrove Village Market, Surfing Deer and all of the shops, restaurants and entertainment in Seaside. This cozy home has two bedrooms, one bath and sleeps four. Other updates include all new furniture, painted concrete floors, fresh paint, new light fixtures, new air conditioning and vaulted ceilings.
Open kitchen greets you as you enter the house. New Silestone quartz countertops and modern cabinets line one wall. New stainless appliances including a side-by-side fridge with door water / ice dispenser, dishwasher, glass top range and microwave. Two tables line the other wall with a built-in bench seat and 5 additional chairs – great for watching the wall mounted TV, playing games, doing puzzles as well as dining in. Cozy living room has 2 love seat slipper sofas, LED TV, side chair and ottomans. Queen bedroom has built-in shelving and a closet. Twin bedroom has built in shelving, lighting and a closet. Large screened porch opens off the living area and has comfortable seating and a ceiling fan. The hall bath serves both bedrooms and has a shower and quartz vanity. Laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer. On-demand hot water system means you never run out.
