The ground level includes the entertaining and living areas that overlook the Gulf. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, large fridge and gas cooking range. The breakfast bar includes seating for 4. The dining room includes seating for 12 and the living area has 2 comfortable sofas and a swivel side chair. Enjoy all of your Smart TV apps on the Frame TV in the living room. Please note, the fireplace is not in use. The gulf-front yard includes 4 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas and an outdoor shower and a charcoal bbq grill. Please note, while you are sitting directly on the dunes of the beach, you do not have private stairs to the sand. Instead, the boardwalk you use to access the beach is just one home over---a convenient walk that takes about 1 minute accessed via the scenic road.
